Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if the product has an actual 'Manufacturer's Defect'.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The packaging and all its original content (including any accessories and manuals) is complete and in good condition.
Your item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Customer needs to email us within 14 days of the date of Invoice.
eGift cards and top-up credits are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card acount (or original method of payment).
Typically refunds are processed in between 7-21 working days for credit cards and 5-7 working days for debit card and net banking orders
Original shipping and handling charges aren't refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Do not refuse delivery or return product without contacting us first. If you do not follow this process your credit will be delayed and you assume risk of loss.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Should you opt for a self-return arrangement that is not arranged through us, we will not bear any responsibility for the loss and damage of the goods shipped to us.

Customer can also opt to walk-in to any of our shop located at Nusajaya malaysia, to request for exchange or warranty services. You are required to bring along the invoice for verification purposes.
